Hi, I’m Abi. Your Kajabi Specialist
I build the Kajabi systems that let coaches, authors, and course creators deliver their work online.
Nothing starts without written scope. Every engagement begins with scope, exclusions, timeline, price, and terms in writing. That clarity protects both of us.
Nothing closes without a full test. Before any phase is handed over, I go through it as a new student, a new customer, and a new lead. You should never be the person who discovers a broken automation.
Every change is documented. Code, settings, and process, with before and after screenshots, so the work is repeatable and nothing depends on my memory.
Your voice stays yours. I match the way you already write rather than replacing it with marketing language.
I do not invent facts. Anything I cannot source from what you have given me comes back to you as a gap to fill, not something I fill in myself.

Rebuild and repair
For a Kajabi account that has outgrown the way it was built.
You might recognise some of these. Customers landing in the wrong product because access tiers overlap. Automations firing at the wrong time, or not at all. A course structure nobody can update without breaking something. A site you inherited from someone who has moved on, with no documentation.
I audit what is there, tell you what is actually wrong rather than what is easiest to fix, and rebuild the parts that need it. You get a written record of every change, so the next person does not inherit the same problem.
Fixed price where the scope is clear. Hourly with a stated range and a stop-and-confirm point where it is not. You will never receive an invoice for hours you did not approve.
Ongoing platform ownership
For businesses running live offers who need someone who already knows the whole system.
Launch support and pre-launch quality assurance. New products, offers, and pricing. Automation and sequence changes. Member access and community management.
Platform updates tracked and documented for your team.
Monthly retainer with a reserved block of time. The retainer is not a discount. What it buys is guaranteed availability and a predictable base cost.
I also work on book launches, covering manuscript formatting to print-ready Amazon KDP standard, cover design, website, and launch assets. And I build on Squarespace, Wix, and Mailchimp where Kajabi is not the right fit. Ask if that is what you need.
