For a Kajabi account that has outgrown the way it was built.
You might recognise some of these. Customers landing in the wrong product because access tiers overlap. Automations firing at the wrong time, or not at all. A course structure nobody can update without breaking something. A site you inherited from someone who has moved on, with no documentation.
I audit what is there, tell you what is actually wrong rather than what is easiest to fix, and rebuild the parts that need it. You get a written record of every change, so the next person does not inherit the same problem.
Fixed price where the scope is clear. Hourly with a stated range and a stop-and-confirm point where it is not. You will never receive an invoice for hours you did not approve.

I also work on book launches, covering manuscript formatting to print-ready Amazon KDP standard, cover design, website, and launch assets. And I build on Squarespace, Wix, and Mailchimp where Kajabi is not the right fit. Ask if that is what you need.
